Following earlier communication, both teams Alpecin-Deceuninck and Fenix-Deceuninck confirm that the title partnership with Deceuninck will conclude at the end of this year. After four seasons supporting both our men’s and women’s teams at the highest level, Deceuninck will remain involved as a partner in a supportive role within both teams.
Deceuninck has stood alongside both teams through a period of remarkable growth and success across disciplines, including multiple top classics such as Milan-San Remo, Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix and La Flèche Wallonne, world titles in all disciplines, and numerous stage victories in Grand Tours. Their commitment has helped lay the foundations for many of the achievements we celebrate today.
Grateful!
Team managers Philip and Christoph Roodhooft extend their heartfelt thanks for the loyalty, the belief in our vision, and the contribution to both teams.
“Today’s message is not a farewell, it is a confirmation of a new chapter. Deceuninck has played an important role in our development over the past four years, and we are deeply grateful for their support."
" We are pleased that they will continue to be part of our structure as we move into the future. The partnership has also led to a strong personal relationship with Francis Van Eeckhout and his family. With Deceuninck staying onboard, we hope to live more memorable moments together.”
Deceuninck CEO Francis Van Eeckhout adds:
“We look back on the past four years with great pride. As a title sponsor we experienced many highlights and were part of a highly successful team in a global sport. The partnership we built was equally strong off the racecourse, marked by genuine mutual respect. Ending our role as title sponsor was not an easy decision, but at the same time we are pleased to continue our collaboration as a jersey partner. We remain fans and loyal supporters of the team, and we look forward to what the future will bring.”
